Please do not return products without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns sent without authorisation may delay processing or be refused.
Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria:
Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.
Original shipping: If your return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the product.
Refunds and shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures accurate inventory and faster processing.
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a full refund if the order has not yet left our facility. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you will need to follow the return process upon receipt of the product.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights, such as a longer return period or the right to a refund for faulty goods. For residents of the European Union, for example, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales under the Consumer Rights Directive.
