Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Wrozelonphod.world, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Time frame: You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. We are unable to process return requests received after this period.
  • Condition: Products must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with seals intact. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless they are defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect (wrong item sent).
  • Proof of purchase: You must provide your order number, email address used for the order, or other identifying information so we can verify your purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements. In cases of suspected abuse or fraud, we may refuse or limit future returns.

3. Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or have broken seals (except where defective or incorrect)
  • Products that have been damaged due to customer misuse or improper storage
  • Products purchased from third-party retailers (returns must be handled through the place of purchase)
  • Gift cards or digital products, where applicable

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or refund without requiring you to return the item in certain cases (e.g. severe damage).

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team at admin@wrozelonphod.world with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and detailed return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging (or equivalent) to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
  5. Ship the product using a traceable method (e.g. registered mail, courier with tracking). We recommend retaining proof of postage.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within the timeframe specified below.

Please do not return products without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns sent without authorisation may delay processing or be refused.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets our eligibility criteria:

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days of receipt of the returned product. During busy periods, processing may take longer. We will notify you if there are any delays.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Amount: You will receive a full refund of the product price for eligible returns. In cases of partial returns or where the product is not in resalable condition, we may deduct a restocking fee or offer a partial refund. We will communicate any such deduction before processing.

6. Shipping Costs

Return shipping: Unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item shipped, defective product), the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining proof of postage.

Original shipping: If your return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect product), we will cover the cost of return shipping. We may provide a prepaid return label or reimburse your reasonable return shipping costs upon receipt of the product.

Refunds and shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product. This ensures accurate inventory and faster processing.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We will process a full refund if the order has not yet left our facility. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible; you will need to follow the return process upon receipt of the product.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights, such as a longer return period or the right to a refund for faulty goods. For residents of the European Union, for example, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance sales under the Consumer Rights Directive.
